Description:
Ultrasonic generator converts the current of 50/60 Hz to 28kHz. The sensor converts it into mechanical motion of the same frequency again and transmits it to the welded joint through an amplitude modulator. The welding joint transfers the received vibration energy to the non-woven mask joint to be welded, and the vibration energy is converted into heat energy to melt the non-woven fabric through friction. Both sides of the non-woven fabric are solidified in the form of molecular chains to obtain a perfect combination, thereby achieving the welding effect.
